Riverside Healthcare has been named a Military Friendly Employer for 2026, marking the fourth year in a row it has received this recognition. The designation is given to organizations that demonstrate consistent support for military-affiliated individuals by providing them with meaningful career opportunities.

“We’re proud to share that Riverside has earned the 2026 Military Friendly Employer designation,” said Riverside President and CEO Phil Kambic. “This recognition underscores our ongoing dedication to providing a supportive and inclusive workplace for those who have bravely served our country.”

Alongside the main award, Riverside also received the Military Spouse Friendly Employer Award. Both honors highlight the organization's efforts in hiring, retaining, and advancing members of the military community.

Riverside has pledged to continue offering career opportunities to veterans and military personnel. Since 2023, it has received several recognitions from Military Friendly, including awards for supplier diversity, branding, and as a top ten Military Friendly Company.

The healthcare provider supports its veteran and active-duty employees through initiatives such as hosting a Veterans Day luncheon and connecting them with local agencies.
