CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Bradley Village Board was called to order on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bradley Municipal Hall by Mayor Watson.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Watson cited the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by a moment of silence for those residents that are sick or passed away since the last meeting.
CALLING THE ROLL & DECLARATION OF QUORUM
Village Clerk Tambling did the calling of the roll. Mayor Watson presided.

A motion was made to approve the agenda by Trustee Jordan and seconded by Trustee Billingsley (6 ayes 0 nays) Motion carried
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
A motion was made to approve the meeting minutes for November 14th, 2022 by Trustee Billingsley and seconded by Trustee Vandenhout (6 ayes 0 nays) Motion carried
PRESENTATION OF COMMUNICATION
Mayor announced that Trustees and Mayor received an invitation to the Rock Inn 239 E Court Street 12/21/2022 from 5-7 for the Kankakee County Visitors Bureau

Mayor announced Christmas Baskets Saturday December 17th, 2022 9:00AM-2:00PM
Mayor Watson personally thanked the citizens of Bradley and all staff for coming out to welcome home Officer Tyler Bailey. He also thanked CPD for supplying a food truck as well. Mayor is very thankful that Tyler is home.
Mayor announced the winners for the 37th annual Christmas parade Friday December 2nd. Miss Merry Christmas-Amelia Wilder 6yrs 1st Grade-Daughter of Stephanie & Dan Wilder Master Jack Frost-Kobe Reed 9yrs 4th Grade-Son of Dawn Parks

A motion was made to adopt O-11-22-02 The 2022 Property Tax Levy Ordinance by Trustee Billingsley and seconded by Trustee Westphal (6 ayes 0 nays) Motion carried
A motion was made to adopt 0-11-22-03 An Ordinance Abating In Its Entirety The Tax Hereto Levied For The Year 2022 To Pay The Principal Of And Interest On Not To exceed $11,880,000 Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Alternative Revenue Source), Series 2021, Of The Village Of Bradley, Kankakee County, Illinois by Trustee Vandenhout and seconded by Trustee LeBran (6 ayes 0 nays) Motion carried
