Roll call was taken, all members present

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 10/17/22 meeting

        Motion: Morgan       2nd: Bruni       Motion Carried 6-0-0

Public Comments: Mark Adair read a prepared statement concerning his issues with a neighbor ongoing since they moved in

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <11/3/22 General Fund $13,848.71, Fest Fund $1,725.46, TIF $5,375.00, Payroll <10/15/22 $16,139.87, <10/29/22 $14,913.39

        Motion: Morgan     2nd: Danahey     Motion Carried 6-0-0

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: Reminded folks to vote tomorrow

Atty Taylor: Pres Hawkins read a letter to the Board concerning the Pepin Property

Streets & Alleys, Coats: Collecting leaves, area on L.M.T. to be cold patched, will replace tiles in Village Hall in the future

Finance, Morgan: Gave a midyear report on the Budget, Began discussion on the Levy,

*Motion to approve the redevelopment contract with Wick’s Bike Shop

Sewer & Garbage, Danahey: attended hazard mitigation seminar

Building & Grounds, Bruni: two quotes for Village Hall tuck pointing discussed

Discussion held concerning insurance renewals, coverage, payments, etc.

*Motion to continue Insurance coverage with ICMRT, % George Ryan Insurance 5M policy in the annual amount of $54,424, 6 annual payments

      Motion: Raloff         2nd: Wiedl         Motion Carried 6-0-0

Law Enforcement, Wiedl: will meet with Finance Committee concerning police retention

Pres Hawkins: discussion of Park rentals, discussion on keeping all Trustees informed on Village issues, question polled if we want to have a Christmas party, maybe in January, Halloween Party at the Community Center was a huge success.

The Coop, wants to give the alley west of USA Restaurant back to the Village, appx 5’ of property, a Resolution was adopted, and tabled for a later vote.
