Public Participation – none

Discussion Items:

• Short term rental licensing ordinance revisions- Pamphlet print out provided of the Red Line version from Village Attorney Joe Cainkar. Trustee Boudreau suggest for 3-25-3 remove C, F, G and H. 3-25-7 remove C, D and E. 3-25-8 remove C, D, E, F, G and H. For 3-25-8 Trustee Gesky suggest keeping 3-25-8 H and change the age from 21 to 18. LaRocque will modify it send it back out to the board have it on the agenda for the next Board Meeting in March.

• Village growth discussion- Trustee Boudreau meeting and talking with other people seeing what they think. How to grow by another 1,000 people within a 5 year span. Thoughts of reaching out to a National Builder to add growth. LaRocque mentioned the most expensive part of the residential building permit right now is the school impact fees that’s it’s way more than what our permit fees are so maybe that’s something the school needs to consider would they be able to reduce those or suspend them for a while that would help. Trustees talked about perhaps smaller homes would be appealing. To put on the Planning Commission Agenda for them to have a discussion and brainstorm on this as well perhaps look at reviving recommendation of building size requirements.

• General discussion- None

A motion by Trustee Gesky, seconded by Trustee Vaughn, to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 a.m. Voice vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
