The Bradley board of trustees voted 5-0 Dec. 14 in favor of selling a 2.34-acre parcel of village-owned land near the intersection of Washington Street and South Street.
The property was appraised by William Tammen, SRA.
Interested parties should make their offer in the form of a contract proposal, submitted to the Village Administrator at Village Hall before 4:30 p.m. Jan. 4.
Village officials will handle the sale.
