Villageofbradley

The Bradley Planning and Zoning Commission will consider permits for several new businesses at its meeting Tuesday.

The commission will consider a permit request from Douglas Keast for a martial arts and fitness studio at 250 S. Kinzie Ave. The property is currently zoned for industrial use only.

The commission will also hear similar requests from Khaled Shaqildi for a used car lot at 50 N. Kinzie Ave. and from River North Assisted Living LLC for an assisted living campus spanning several parcels. Both proposals involve properties located in the B-2 Commercial zoning area.

The village will consider its own request for setback variances for 16 properties in Marquis Meadows.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
