The Bourbonnais Township Park District was expected to vote Monday on opening bids for improvements at several locations in the district during a meeting at Exploration Station.
Following a presentation from engineer Dave Tyson outlining the details of the work, the committee was expected to vote on opening the bidding process for parking lot and trail improvements. The committee also anticipated voting to open bidding on garage renovations at Perry Farm Park.
The group was slated to hear staff reports, schedule a budget hearing, approve changes to employee benefits, consider opening a money market account and approve a board member for the Perry Farm Living History Advisory Board.
