Hemm takes on vice chair post on county zoning appeals board

The Kankakee County Board confirmed the appointment of William Hemm as vice chairman of the Kankakee County Zoning Board of Appeals March 8.

Hemm was originally recommended by the board's executive committee Feb. 25 to fill a vacancy.

He will hold the post until he resigns from either the position or the Kankakee County Zoning Board of Appeals.
