The Manteno Committee of the Whole met Monday at the Leo T. Hasset Community Center to discuss current and future budgets.
The committee was expected to discuss amendments to this year's budget and begin discussions on the 2016-2017 village budget.
The Manteno Committee of the Whole includes Village President Timothy Nugent; Village Clerk Alisa Blanchette; and Trustees Timothy Boyce, Todd Crockett, Diane Dole, Joel Gesky, Samuel Martin and Wendell Phillips.
