The Kankakee City Council met March 21 to vote for the approval to place money in the proper accounts and pay bills in the amount of $516,550.90.
Voting to place the money in the proper accounts was approved unanimously with 13 ayes.
The city council also discussed the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for the Kankakee Environmental Services Utility fiscal year 2016-2017.
