The Brookmont Bowling Center in Kankakee is opening registration for its winter bowling leagues.

There are three women's leagues: St. Joe's Ladies, Early Birds and Ladies Church. All three leagues last for 33 weeks.

St. Joe's Ladies have five people on a team, while the other two leagues have four.

St. Joe's Ladies will have its informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, with the league starting at 6:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 29 and games played on Mondays. The Early Birds will play on Wednesdays, with the informational meeting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 18, and the first game at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31. The Ladies Church league will play on Thursdays, with the meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 and the first game at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25.

The bowling center will have one men's league, the Tuesday Business Men, with five people per team. There is no informational meeting, but the season will start at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, and last for 31 weeks.

There will be five coed leagues: Deselm, Sunday Night Alternates, Out For Fun, Monday Church and Saturday Night Mixed.

Deselm will play on Sundays for 17 weeks with four players per team. The informational meeting is at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, with the league starting at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11.  Sunday Night Alternates will also play on Sundays for 17 weeks, with four player on a team. The informational meeting is at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, with the first game set for 6:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18.

The Out For Fun league will play on Mondays for 12 weeks, with four bowlers per team. The informational meeting will happen at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, and the first game will start directly after the meeting. The Monday Church league will play on Mondays for 31 weeks, with four bowlers per team. It will start at 6:15 p.m. Monday, Sept 12, with no informational meeting.

The Saturday Night Mixed league will play on Saturdays for 30 weeks, with five bowlers per team. The informational meeting is set for 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20. No start date is set yet.

The Brookmont Bowling Center will offer two youth leagues as well, Brookmont Juniors and Cosmic 10x10. The Brookmont Juniors will play on Saturdays, but no official start date is set yet. The Cosmic 10x10 league will play on Fridays for 10 weeks, with teams consisting of one or more people. The informational meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, with the first game starting right after.

Finally, the bowling center will offer three senior leagues, one mixed and two for men, all with four bowlers per team.. The Monday Afternoon Mixed league will play on Mondays for 33 weeks. The start date is 12:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12, with no informational meeting.

One senior men's league will play on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 33 weeks, starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7. There is no informational meeting for this league. The second senior men's league will play Saturdays for 33 weeks, starting with an informational meeting at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, and the first game at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.
