The Bradley Public Library District Board of Trustees met Aug. 24 to provide budget appropriations.
Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the board:
"The Bradley Public Library District is governed by an unpaid 7 member elected board of trustees. Terms are 6 years with no term limits. Elections are held during the Local Consolidated Election in April of odd numbered years. Requirements are residency within the Bradley Public Library District boundaries and current voter registration."
PUBLIC HEARING
August 24, 2016
A Public Hearing was held Wednesday August 24, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. on the Ordinance Providing for Budget & Appropriations of the Bradley Public Library District for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2017 and Ending June 30, 2018.
President Bayer called the Public Hearing to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Trustees present: Grace, Richardson, Rodgers, Benoit, and Bayer
Absent: Hendrickson and Longtin(late)
Also present: J. DePatis, Director, and J. Ponton, Recording Secretary
President Bayer declared a quorum present.
Copies of the Ordinance Providing for Budget & Appropriations were available to all interested parties.
President Bayer called for anyone present who cared to make objection to the proposed Ordinance. There were no comments.
Moved by Trustee Rodgers that the Public Hearing be adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
