PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Officers Electoral Board convened for the hearing on and passing of objections to nomination papers for candidate Melissa Carrico in the Village of Bradley, to be voted on by the electors of the Village, will hold a meeting of the Municipal Officers Electoral Board for the objection(s) raised in case No. 2016-002 (Burke v. Carrico) and 2016-003 (Jordan v. Carrico) (consolidated), which is required by law to meet and pass on objections to nomination papers in the Village of Bradley, to be voted on at the Consolidated Election to be held on April 4, 2017.
The Municipal Officers Electoral Board shall meet on Friday, February 3, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the Village of Bradley, 147 S. Michigan, Bradley, IL 60915.
The meeting will follow this agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Introductory Remarks by Board Chair
4. Approval of Minutes from Prior Electoral Board Hearings
5. Case No. 2016-002, Burke v. Carrico and 2016-003, Jordan v. Carrico (consolidated)
Board may take action on the pending objection, which would include, but not limited to, ruling on motions, considering and ruling upon evidence and issuing final decision(s).
