Village of Bradley Utilities and Expansion Committee met June 15.

The committee was called to order on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at 5:30 p.m.
Committee members present were: Watson, Redmond, and Barber.
Also present on behalf of the Village was Attorney Michael Hopkins.
Public comment by Charles Burke-Mr Burke questioned the drop in revenue on page 5 of the study from 1.8 million to 1.468 million. A 19% decrease. Mr. Burke suggested a fixed fee like Bourbonnais, or preferably a mixed fee of a partially fixed and partial fee based on usage, similar to Kankakee and Manteno.
The committee reviewed all questions presented by Chairman Watson to Treasurer Pries. After review of the questions and answers it was recommended by Trustee Redmond, and the Committee concurred, to ask for additional input from all Trustees of the Committee of the Whole and any other recommendations.
A motion to adjourn by Trustee Redmond, 2" by Trustee Barber. The meeting was adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
