Bradley Elementary School District 61 Board of Education met July 13.

The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of Bradley Elementary School District No. 61 was held on July 13, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Bradley Administrative Center. President Golwitzer called the meeting to order and thereafter presided.

On roll call, the following members voted Present: Geraci, Golwitzer, Hasemeyer, Schubert, Trudeau, Whalen and Wilder. Also present, Superintendent Goselin, Director of Finance, Nicole McCarty and Director of Human Resources/Operations, David Andriano.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Terrie Golwitzer.

On the recommendation of the Superintendent, a motion was made by Trudeau: seconded by Wilder, to adopt all items on the Consent Agenda; 1) Approve Regular Board Minutes from June 8, 2017; 2) Approval of all Committee Meeting Minutes; 3) Approve Payroll and Accounts Payable; 4) Approve continued membership in Professional Organizations; 5) Approve 2017-2018 District Activity Funds and Accounts; 6) Approve Reimbursement of the Imprest Account; 7) Approve the following Board Meetings for 2017-2018 (Attached); 8) Approve Ratifying Proposed Amendments to the KASEC Joint Resolution; 9) Approve IASB Issue 94 of District Policies:

A motion to go into Executive Session at 7:28 p.m. was made by Trudeau, seconded by Wilder to discuss personnel appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, dismissal or complaints (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)); student disciplinary cases (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9)]; and discussion of minutes (5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21)].

A motion was made by Geraci, seconded by Hasemeyer to Approve June 8, 2017 Executive Meeting Minutes and vote to retain the confidentiality of all previous minutes (semi-annual review as required by Section 2.06) (Minutes - 5ILCS 120/2(c) (21))

A motion was made by Golwitzer, seconded by Geraci to Approve Resignation / Retirements / Leaves / Transfers (Dismissal - 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) of: Alisa SniderResignation - Kdg. Teacher at East; Andrew Burton - Resignation - 7" Grade Girls Basketball Coach; Mary Sharp - Retirement at the end of 2021-2022 (4 years (a) 6%).
