Crescent-Iroquois Fire Protection District responded to 15 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the East Central Reporter.

The calls in Crescent-Iroquois included 11 fires - two structure fires, one vehicle fire and eight other fires.

In all, the department saw $25,000 in fire loss - or about $2,273 per fire.

The department also received four false calls, including three malicious calls and 1 other false calls.
