The calls in Bradley included 147 fires - 98 structure fires, 10 vehicle fires and 36 other fires. The fire department also responded to three calls for ruptures, explosions or overheating.
In all, the department saw $6,000 in fire loss - or about $41 per fire.
The department also received 238 false calls, including four malicious calls and 234 other false calls.
The Bradley Firefighters' Pension Fund, which has six active employees and two retired or inactive employees, was $31,222 in debt as of April 2016, according to the fund's mandated filings with the Illinois Department of Insurance. That amounts to $212 for every fire in 2016.
