Broadway, Bradley, Illinois, from its current zoning designation of B-2 Commercial District to a new zoning designation of R-4 Single-Family Residence District. Public Hearing to address the question of whether to amend the text of various portions of Chapter 60 (Zoning), Article VIII (Administration) of the Village Code to shift the burden of providing notice of public hearings on applications for zoning amendments, variances, and special use permits from the Village to the applicant.
