Meeting was Called to Order at 9:45 a.m. by Vice-President, Thomas Yuska.
Present at Roll Call: Yuska, Armstrong, Fouts, Cox.
Absent: Pendleton, Dykstra, Goering.
A quorum was present.
Individuals present at Roll Call other than Board of Education members:
Helen Boehrnsen, Superintendent.
Mr. Cox made the motion to approve the Administrative Cost Cap Waiver.
Mrs. Armstrong seconded the motion.
Yeas: Yuska, Armstrong, Fouts, Cox.
Nays: None.
Absent: Pendleton, Dykstra, Goering.
Motion passed.
Mrs. Armstrong made the motion to adjourn the Special Board of Education Meeting at 9:46 a.m.
Mrs. Fouts seconded the motion.
Yeas: All.
Nays: None.
Absent: Pendleton, Dykstra, Goering.
Motion passed.
