St. George Community Consolidated School District 258 Board Administrative Cost Cap Waiver Hearing met December 18.

Meeting was Called to Order at 6:20 p.m. by President, Darrell Pendleton.
Present at Roll Call: Pendleton, Yuska, Dykstra, Goering, Fouts, Cox.
Absent: Armstrong.
A quorum was present,
individuals present at Roll Call other than Board of Education members: Helen Boehrinsen, Superintendent; John Grill, Comptroller, Jason Johnson, Treasurer; Rhonda Stegall, Board Recording Secretary; Christine Johnston, Principal; and Diane Stedman-Martin, Teacher Union President.
Mr. Pendleton asked if there were any questions about the Administrative Cost Cap Waiver. There were no questions and no discussion.
Mr. Cox made the motion to adjourn the Special Board of Education Meeting at 6:22 p.m.
Mr. Goering seconded the motion.
Yeas: All. Nays: None.
Absent: Armstrong.
Motion passed.
