Dave Phillips: Last time I was here there were a couple different options. KS State Bank out of Manhattan, Kansas had the best interest rate. Very pleased with the results. There is a tax intercept on this as well. Commissioner Skelly is very happy with all of this. Are the interest rates comparable to good rates with other institutions? Mr. Phillips said yes, they are fair. The 2017 audit definitely helped. As the financials continue to improve, that will help to keep moving forward. The local banks were not able to help. Commissioner Hollis said at least we tried locally.
