Bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably as we stretch and balance in the Fellowship Hall of the Aroma Park United Methodist Church. Holly Froning will lead us in Yoga moves meant to help you focus and find your bliss. We will meet the first and third Tuesday of the month. The church is located at 210 W. 3rd Street in Aroma Park. There is no charge for this program. For more information, call the church at 815-573-5575.
