Of the 115 in-school suspensions, 75 were given to boys and 40 were given to girls, including 16 elementary or middle schoolers and 99 high schoolers.
The district reported that most in-school suspensions were given for unspecified reasons. The category includes 107 incidents. There were four incidents of violence that caused physical injury. For 101 incidents, students were suspended for a day or less.
The district reported that most out-of-school suspensions were given for unspecified reasons. The category includes three incidents. There were two incidents of a dangerous weapon, other than a firearm. For two incidents, students were suspended for 1-3 days.
