Village of Bradley Police & Fire Commission issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of K9 Pato. K9 Pato served the community for over 7 years; first with the KAMEG Unit and then with Bradley PD. K9 Pato was retired in late 2016 and has spent his retirement years in the loving home of his BPD Handler, Det O'Connor and his family. Over his years of service K9 Pato served as a full service K9 assisting in the detection of narcotics and apprehension of known offenders along with numerous public demonstrations that brought him into the hearts of the community. RIP K9 Pato.
