The President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bradley welcome all interested persons to present written or oral testimony and/or comment at this public hearing to discuss the proposal to sell general obligation bonds (alternate revenue source) in the amount of not to exceed fiftyone million dollars ($51,000,000) for the purpose of providing funding of capital improvements, including to construct and equip a water park facility and surrounding infrastructure, including the purchase of land and equipment therefor, and certain street, water, stormwater, sewer and related infrastructure, and paying the expenses incident thereto.
