Bradley Public Library District Board of Trustees met Oct. 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
In attendance: Trustees Kim Grace, Skip Richardson, Cathy Rodgers, Karen Bayer and Director Jodie DePatis
Absent: Trustees Hendrickson, Benoit and Fisher
Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM.
There was no public comment.
Motioned by Bayer and seconded by Richardson to go into executive session at 6:31 PM to discuss:
A. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body.
B. Pending, imminent, or probable litigation. All in favor.
President Bayer declared the executive session concluded at 7:01pm.
Motioned by Richardson to hire HR Source to respond to the demand letter dated 9/26/2018 from MKFM Law re: Donna Jones to open a line of communication concerning this letter. Seconded by Bayer. All in favor.
