1. Public Hearing and Planning & Zoning Commission consideration of request by Menard Inc. to rezone certain premises, located within the Village of Bradley (collectively, the “Subject Property”), to a new zoning designation of B-2 (Commercial District). The Subject Property is presently zoned M (Industrial), in part, and R-1 (Single-Family Residence District), in part, and is identified by Parcel Identification Numbers 17-09-21-200-016 (Tract 1) and 17-09-21-200-017 (Tract 2). Thereafter and at that same time and place, the Planning and Zoning Commission will also hold a public hearing to consider the question of whether or not to grant certain sign variances in relation to the Subject Property, as authorized by Section 60-369(7).
