Roll Call was taken, all members present except Mr. Dillman

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: 12/3/18 General Fund $21,427.40, Sewer Fund $1238.21, Festival Fund $98.88, T.I.F. $14,050.00, Payroll 11/17/18 $15,503.86,
