Report: Bradley Bourbonnais spent $10,211 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School District 307 is up 9.9 percent from five years ago, according to a Kankakee Times analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Kankakee County school district spent $9,292 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,211 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 2072 to 2047.

Bradley Bourbonnais's spending in 2017-18 was 23.4 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
