Limestone home prices unchanged in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Limestone was unchanged while total sales increased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000. There were 11 homes sold in Limestone in the first half of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $132,000.
