City of Kankakee issued the following announcement on April 6.
Mayor Wells-Armstrong cordially invites you to the State of the City Address on April 25, 2019 from 7:30 - 8:30 PM. The State of the City Address will be held at the Public Safety Center (385 E Oak St, Kankakee) and is free to the public. A livestream of the event will be available on Channel 4 and the City of Kankakee website (citykankakee-il.gov/k3chats.php). A reception honoring the service of Alderman Dennis J Baron will follow the Address.
