Limestone home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Limestone rose by $78,450 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,450 - a 95.7% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Limestone in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
