1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Village President Paul Schore.
Procedural: A. Pledge of Allegiance - Led by Averie Whalen, a 3rd grade student in Mrs. Trimby's class at Shabbona Elementary School.
Procedural: B. Roll Call - Village Clerk Brian Simeur called the roll with the following Trustees present: Trustee Bruce Greenlee, Trustee Rick Fischer, Trustee Randy King, Trustee Jeff Keast, Trustee Jack Littrell, and Trustee Angie Serafini. Also in attendance, Village Administrator Mike Van Mill, Village Attorney Patrick Dunn and Village Treasurer Ron Riebe.

Information: B. Trustee King read a memo from Director Mike Chamness on Public Works items that are being addressed:
> Continue to find and repair pot holes throughout the Village
> Preparing trucks for brush season
> Continue to keep the snow equipment on the trucks until early April and then will change over to spring/summer season
> CPR/AED safety training has been completed
> Porta-Potties will be in place at designated parks starting April 1st
> Skate Park equipment went up along with the newly added jump piece

Information: A. Trustee Littrell asked Engineer Tyson for an update on the sewer project, which he stated they have 650 feet left to finish Burns Road. Also, Mr. Tyson said the Northeast Lift Station is moving along well.
