Public Comments:

Bob Riviaro, representing the Hilgert Court Homeowners Assn. presented the Board with 3 issues. 1) People are still trespassing through the yards to get to Dollar General; recently one of them threatened a homeowner. Police were called, but he did not receive a follow up. Chief Frey will look in to this. 2) Vegetation is dying behind the store. Mr. Henson has spoken with the manager, and Corporate has been contacted for replacements. 3) Standing water behind units 17 & 18. This will be investigated.

Melissa Kahoun, representing Aqua, told the Board they have applied for a permit for an additive to add to the system to help in keeping iron in suspension, and aid in the interior walls of the pipes. If granted, this could begin in July.

Matt Kauffman, representing Cypress Creek renewables (solar farm proposed on 9000N. Rd.) asked for an extension on their approval permit due to expire in June. They are waiting for the State to approve the project, and are not sure on a timeline. Pres Roth will speak to the Zoning Board, and the Attorney to see if this can be easily done.

Ethan Rippen, residing south of the Grant Park Coop is having problems with standing water in his front yard.

Mr. Henson has looked at it, and thinks continuing the ditch past his home will alleviate the issue, when the spring rains quit.
