Riverside Healthcare issued the following announcement on June 19.
Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome Neelie Panozzo, NP-C. Panozzo is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in geriatrics. She is now seeing patients at Miller Rehabilitation in Kankakee, IL.
Panozzo joins Riverside with several years of experience in the nursing field. She began her nursing education at Kankakee Community College, where she received her Associate Degree in Nursing. After several years in the field, she went back to school and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University Calumet located in Hammond, IN. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, IL.
In addition to her education, Panozzo is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nursing.
