The Regular Meeting of the Board of Education of Bourbonnais Elementary School District No. 53, Kankakee County, Illinois was called to order by Board President Rob Rodewald on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Administrative Offices, 281 W John Casey Road, Bourbonnais, IL. 1.02 Pledge of Allegiance

1.03 Roll Call The following members were physically present at said location: Kelly Dunnill, John Hall, Jamie Freedlund, Rich McBarnes, Nicole McCarty, Jayne Raef, Rob Rodewald.

The following members were allowed by a majority of the members of the Board of Education in accordance with and to the extent allowed by rules adopted by the Board of Education to attend the meeting by video or audio conference: None. No member was not permitted to attend the meeting by video or audio conference.

The following members were absent and did not participate in the meeting in any manner or to any extent whatsoever: None.

District Administrators Present: James B. Duggan, Acting Superintendent; Dennis Crawford, Director of Business Services; Jennifer Longtin, Associate Principal; Roger Hale, Technology Director.

2.03 Recognition of Community- Image Group

On behalf of Bourbonnais Elementary School District 53 Jenn Longtin, Associate Principal recognized Image Group Photography. Image Group Photography has been a valued partner of BESD#53 for the past few years. Tonight we would like to honor the Image Group for playing such a vital role in our Spring Games for special needs students. With several donors for the games we needed a creative and visible way to thank and honor each donor. The Image Group decided to produce and donate a banner with each donors logo and picture of a student who will be participating in the games. We are so grateful for their generosity and commitment to our district as well as the community.
