The Neighbors by Ring App was created to help keep neighborhoods safe and enhance the way law enforcement agencies directly communicate with the communities they serve. Text kankakeeil to 555888 to download the free app on your smartphone. Stay up to speed with real-time alerts, notifications and share what’s happening in your neighborhood.
