Northville Township Board met Sept. 10.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The Northville Township meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m.

Roll Call

Present – Trustee Jim Byrne, Trustee Joe Emma, Trustee Jerry Owens, Trustee Richard Felstead

Chairman – Jim Swanson

Others Present – Highway Commissioner – John Middleton, Clerk Patty Pfau

Public Present- None

Pledge to the Flag

Approval and/or Correction of Prior Meeting’s Minutes

Trustee Felstead motioned to approve the August 13, 2019 meeting minutes and Trustee Byrne seconded. All ayes per voice vote, so motion passed.

Reports from Officers

Supervisor’s Report – None

Highway Commissioner’s Report – See Attached

Assessor’s Report –

Clerk’s Report – The Deputy Clerk and I pulled bills for the Auditor to look over.

Trustees’ Reports – Trustee Owens asked Chairman Swanson if there was any new development on the building Chairman Swanson said still setting money aside for future building.

Public Comments – None

New Business –

Transfer Funds

The Assessor needs to transfer $22.00 from 651 Office Supplies in 1-2 Assessor’s Budget in town fund to Internet in Assessors town fund 594 Internet. This Is due to Internet needing extra funds due to the Internet Service increasing this year.

Trustees Felstead made a motion to transfer $22.00 from 651 Office Supplies in Assessor’s town fund and move it into 594 Internet in Assessor’s town fund and Trustee Byrne seconded. All ayes per Roll Call, so motion passed.

Trustees reviewed time sheets

Town and Road Bills

Town bills were reviewed and signed.

Trustee Byrne motioned to accept the Town bills and Trustee Owens seconded. All ayes per voice vote, so motion passed.

Road bills were reviewed and signed.

Trustee Byrne motioned to approve the Road bills and Trustee Emma seconded. All ayes per voice vote, so motion passed.

Adjournment

Trustee Emma motioned to adjourn the meeting and Trustee Byrne seconded. All ayes per voice vote, so motion passed.

Meeting ended at 7:23 p.m.
