Reddick home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Reddick rose by $20,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $169,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Reddick in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Reddick for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,161, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
