Kankakee home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Kankakee rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 20.6% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Kankakee in October 2018.
