Bradley home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Bradley fell by $8,850 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,100 - a 6.9% decrease over the $127,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Bradley in October 2018.
