Bradley home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Bradley fell by $5,550 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 4.4% decrease over the $125,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Bradley in August 2018.
