Mr. Dan Steffen, Assistant Scout Master and Project Coordinator for the Manteno Flag Program, introduced Tyler Prop, Senior Patrol Leader. Mr. Prop stated that the program will be a service program for the Troop and a fundraiser. Residents who participate will pay a flat fee of $40 to have a 3’ x 5’ American Flag erected in the yard for four (4) days (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Veteran’s Day). The scouts will come and place the flag in the yard during the early morning and remove the flag at the end of the day.
