9. Motion for the approval of the minutes from the Business Meeting of March 12, 2020.

a. Motion to Approve the Employment Agreement between the Township and Chief Kenneth Longerman commencing on May 25, 2020 and ending on May 24, 2024.

b. Motion to Renew Franchise Agreement between the Township and Comcast for an additional ten (10) year period commencing on May 10, 2020 and ending on May 9, 2030.

c. Motion to Advertise an Ordinance to amend the Non-Uniform Employee Pension Plan as prepared by the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System.

d. Motion to Advertise an Ordinance to amend the Police Pension Plan as prepared by the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System.

e. Motion to Approve the Engineering for the project on Louisa Drive for drainage layout, roadway design and adjacent property coordination.

f. Motion/Discussion for the new computers for the Police Cars and Police Office.

g. Motion to approve the option to extend the road salt contract with Cargill Inc. for an additional one year term commencing July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2021.
