Statement from BOE President, S. Sullivan: This Board of Education meeting is being recorded for live viewing purposes and will be published on the internet.

The regular meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Board President S. Sullivan. Roll Call: P. Daly, J. Hastings, J. Powers, J. Reick, L. Rewerts, D. Ruder, S. Sullivan, Supt. Decman. Those present were virtually due to State-wide Shelter in Place order in effect.

Pledge of Allegiance

At 7:05 p.m., Board President S. Sullivan declared open the public hearing regarding the E-Learning Plan. There were no questions received from the public concerning this matter, therefore, at 7:06 p.m. Board President S. Sullivan declared the public hearing closed.

Consent Agenda A motion was made by D. Ruder and was seconded by P. Daly to approve the items listed on the Consent Agenda:
