Crescent-Iroquois Fire Protection District responded to 20 calls in 2018 - 4.8 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Crescent-Iroquois included 17 fires - 13 structure fires and four other fires.

In all, the department saw $4,000 in fire loss - or about $235 per fire.

The department also received three false calls, including one malicious call and two other false calls.

The Crescent-Iroquois Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $83,866 in 2018.
