The meeting was called to order by President Timothy O. Nugent.
Roll call by Village Clerk.
Public Participation: None
Carmen Huizenga, associate from Smith, Koelling, Dykstra and Ohm, PC, presented to the board highlights of the fiscal year 2019-2020 Annual Audit for the Village of Manteno. Copies were given to each Board member, as well as the fiscal year 2019-2020 Treasurers Report and fiscal year 2019-2020 Annual TIE Audit.
All three reports, FY 2019-2020 Annual Audit, FY 2019-2020 Annual TIF Audit and the FY 2019-2020 Treasurers Report will be voted on by the Board to be placed on file at the regular Board meeting later tonight.
Motion by Dole seconded by Phillips, to adjourn the meeting at 6:54pm.
Motion passed with 4 ayes, o Nays Boyce and Crockett absent
