COUNTY OF IROQUOIS: COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Expansion

County of Iroquois issued the following announcement on Mar. 26. 

The Iroquois County Public Health Department (ICPHD) is expanding COVID-19 Vaccine eligibility to all Iroquois County residents age 16 and over. Please note the Moderna vaccine is only for individuals ages 18 and over.

ICPHD still has appointments available for the March 30, 2021 clinic at IMH. This clinic is a Moderna vaccine clinic and is only available to Iroquois County residents ages 18 and over. To schedule your appointment, please call ICPHD at (815) 432-2483. Please note that this vaccine is available by appointment only to practice safe social distancing.
