6:30PM Meeting called to Order/ Pledge

Roll Call was taken, all present except Morse, Veldhuizen

*Motion to approve minutes from previous 1/19/21 meeting

Motion: Morgan      2nd: Raloff      vote 3-0-1 Weidl abstaining, motion tabled

Public Comments:

Bronson Marcotte asked to speak, asking for stone to be put in the alley behind his home, due to damage to his car from going in a large area where there is little. Pres. Roth said they will look in to the area this spring.

*Motion to approve Bills for Payment: <1/28/21 General Fund $6,115.83, T.I.F $4,275.65,<1/23/21 Payroll $15,523.57 

Motion: Morgan      2nd: Wiedl      Motion Carried 4-0-0

Departmental Reports:

Clerk Dillman: no report

Streets & Alleys, Veldhuizen: no report

Finance, Morgan: working on revenue budget

Sewer & Garbage, Raloff: no report

Building & Grounds, Morse: absent

*Motion to install 2 cameras on the SW, and SE corners of the police station, and 2 microphones to enable audio recording in the front interview area and the central conference area, Cinema Home Solutions, cost not to exceed $1400.

Motion: Morgan      2nd: Coats      Motion Carried 4-0-0

Ordinance & Insurance, Wiedl: no report

Law Enforcement, Coats: no report

Pres. Roth: explained the county wide E Waste Agreement program, at a cost to the Village of $1800 annual. More discussion will take place before vote later on.
