What happened to the median home price in St. Anne during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in St. Anne fell by $7,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,700 - a 6.8% decrease over the $114,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in St. Anne in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in St. Anne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,436, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
